ADHD Care Connect is an online directory that connects individuals seeking ADHD support services with professional ADHD providers. We provide a platform for providers to list their services and for users to search and contact them.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Provider Listings
Providers who list their services on our platform agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about their qualifications
- Maintain appropriate professional credentials and insurance
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Not engage in misleading or deceptive practices
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Disclaimer
ADHD Care Connect is a directory service only. We do not provide coaching services, therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. We do not guarantee the quality, credentials, or outcomes of any provider listed on our platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting a provider.
6. Payment Terms
Premium features are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for billing errors or service issues on our end.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
8. Intellectual Property
