I've never even been here, but the service is so lackluster that I had to leave a review. I was recommended to reach out to WNY Psychotherapy by my primary doctor, but rather than reaching them, I found that their voicemail-box was full. I even went as far to fill out an online intake form, but still nothing. Over a month later I finally get a call, but I've already found a service elsewhere. It's scary knowing that this is a place that people are supposed to rely on for their mental health, but they can't even take the care to provide a simple onboarding service. I can't imagine how the actual service is.

Been "going here" remotely for years. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They make billing and scheduling easy. You may need to try out a couple of counselors until you find the right fit--but it is worth it. Definitely recommend.
