My therapist Britt Bond was amazing! Britt took the time to get to know me and understand me at deeper levels and treated me with respect and dignity at every interaction. Her understanding and mastery of the science paired with her compassion and humane touch made my experience and treatment highly effective and I'm still living the daily results of her support in helping me with my needs. She explained to me in terms I could understand and guided me in finding the answers and how to process my memories and my issues from the past so I could live a fulfilling live with acceptance and self compassion today. I would recommend everyone to rely on Britt Bond for her and I'm extremely grateful to have found the help I needed under Britt's care.

I've started going to Wise Mind Therapy a few months ago and have been working with Britt. She has been beyond amazing helping me cope with not only my childhood trauma, but also helping me deal with the betrayal from my last relationship. I highly recommend going to Wise Mind for Therapy. I have a long road of healing, but this place has been a huge help.
