Kelsey is wonderful! I started seeing her during a tumultuous time in my life. Since then, the changes and phases of life have continued to shift, but she has been a constant. I see our sessions as check-ups where I can spend time thinking just about myself and how to keep building the tools to meet life's challenges with grace, humility, and curiosity. I would recommend anyone who is feeling lost, overwhelmed, or just needs someone to talk to to reach out to Kelsey. She will help with kindness, thoughtfulness, and humor!

I didn’t believe therapy could be curative until I started working with Kelsey. In our time together, I’ve made enormous strides in treating my anxiety and feel truly on the path to healing. Kelsey is incredibly smart, inquisitive, and focused. She doesn’t linger in the past but provides real, practical strategies to manage anxiety and move forward. Her insight is thoughtful and grounded, and she creates a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely therapeutic. If you’re looking for a therapist who gets to the heart of things and helps you make real progress, I can’t recommend her enough.
