Horribly natured. Their first receptionist was not knowledgeable about the company she worked for, it showed and eventually got me an unexpected fee for canceling an appointment on the same day. It was reversed but I was blamed for it because apparently I should have been able to remember the one time they might have went over missed and late cancelation fees with me years prior when I was fresh out of the ICU and on heavy medication. After that, things became worse. The new receptionist started messing with my appointments and would lie or make an excuse to dodge any accountability for it. Two got canceled that were not supposed to be and one was kept on the schedule that was supposed to be canceled (fortunately, I caught it in time when I called back to reschedule). For the first appointment she canceled, her and HR told me contradictory stories when it was brought up at different times. Initially, they said I called and spoke with them directly to cancel my appointment. I tried to get proof of this because I had incidents of someone hacking into my phone in that time frame if that was going on, I wanted to file a report but they said they don't keep any records for that. At a later date when it was brought up again, they said I left them a message canceling my appointment, which I also didn't do. I've never left any messages with them. Again, I asked for proof on this and they said they don't keep those records. For the second appointment that got canceled the receptionist said she accidentally double booked for the same time like it wasn't a big deal. It is a big deal when you don't communicate this with the patient you're screwing over and they come in at the last minute to find this out. This was either consecutive to the first one that was canceled or separated by one appointment in between. I believe it was consecutive. It was incredibly frustrating. The last two months I've been having financial issues. I couldn't make it last month and I called and talked with someone from HR about possibly doing a partial payment for my next appointment (this month). She said she would call back but never did. When I finally got a call, I was expecting a response to that. Instead, it was the receptionist and she asked me if I am canceling my services. I was frustrated but not aggressive, I wasn't yelling at or swearing at her, but I was holding back from crying so I needed to be firm, otherwise I'm inaudible. At this point, I've had too many issues with the receptionist and I'm exhausted. She reported me for being "aggressive" and they told me I can't get mental healthcare through them anymore. I mentioned that I was waiting for a response on payment plans and I told the receptionist this but I was gaslighted and HR said they left me a message last month with a response. They apparently left me a message last month for something that I inquired about this month. They prioritize protecting their employees over their patients and will lie and double down on it. Gaslighting is a big one. They can get away with it because it's a privately owned company and apparently it's easy to gaslight and weaponize mental healthcare with their mental healthcare patients. It sucks. I've immensly struggled finding a good counselor and this was my last chance. I've told them this and I think it helped them to weaponize it against me. I honestly don't recommend but if you try them be wary.

My brother, who is in Stage IV kidney failure, was recently evicted from of one of WeCare's group homes. This occurred when he did not have an established place to move to. I questioned the owner about this, noting my brother had no write ups for misconduct, frequently cooked for the other residents, and requires dialysis on a nightly basis that requires a power source. I also questioned him being removed from the home after another resident had a temper tantrum, kicked the side panel of his car, and caused over $3000 in damage that required police involvement. (That resident has been allowed to stay.) The best description of the response I, Drew and my family received from the owner, Lexi, was nothing short of the nuclear option. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with this agency beware. I get the strong sense this woman is only in it for the money. She does NOT care for your loved one in the least.
