Darci is a brilliant coach and facilitator. I recently completed her Design Your Life program with a small group of other individuals. I loved the frameworks that she taught us (based on Design Thinking), learned a lot about myself and was able to take concrete action as a result of the program. I also valued the small group structure where I was both inspired and learned a lot from my peers in the program. I can't recommend Design Your Life and Darci enough. It is worth the investment in yourself.

Darci is such a joy to work with. In facilitating sessions, she has an uncommon ability to create a fun, welcoming environment while asking questions that encourage vulnerability and honesty. The design approach is a great set of tools for making your life better in the ways that matter to you, and Darci wields them with energy, creativity, and genuine optimism.
