If you’re looking for rushed appointments, indifferent staff, and a clinic that seems more focused on maximizing billing codes than patient outcomes, you’ve found the right place. The level of care here is surface-level at best, and any concerns or questions are met with passive-aggressive deflection — assuming you’re even given the chance to ask. It’s the kind of environment that leaves you wondering if you’re being treated or processed. There are far better options out there where you’re treated like a human being, not a revenue stream. I’d recommend looking literally anywhere else. I didn’t even know if the people handling my information were in the country legally either. Update! This company can pay for as many fake testimonial as they want and sadly and pathetically they do. Be sure to have Legal council as this practice leaves themselves wide open for malpractice and others lawsuits, which I will be pursuing against them. Also refusal to turn over documents both patient record and financial transaction records with Vitality has made it necessary to reach out to the department of health and ICE since I feel my personal information mis-used or was not handled by vetted employees. A quick dollar is never worth a patients well-being following the Hippocratic oath for a medical professional are rules they just ignore here. The damage they cost me will be litigated against and I suggest anybody that has suffered do the same. I’m surprised regularly that this company hasn’t been sued, because it would be so simple they makes so many neglectful and seemingly deliberate errors.
