I had coaching sessions with Caroline in the process of a mid-career transition. I love Caroline’s semi-structured coaching style! She combined activities that helped me flush out my wants and needs in a career with open-ended questioning to unpack my deeper values and fears. Through her process, we came up with next steps for overcoming my roadblocks during my job search. She is warm and it is easy to share with her. Our sessions were productive to my transition and I highly recommend her!
