Starts out pretty good, but after a while, just started going downhill. I have not had a appointment in months because they cancel on me, sometimes the day of. While I understand sometimes life happens, the 1 time I cancelled day of, I still had to pay because I didnt cancel at least 25 hours in advance, even tho I had woken up with a fever and it wasn't possible to cancel before I did. They are also difficult to get ahold of. Seek therapy elsewhere.

The therapist we were assigned felt like a random choice, and unfortunately, they were not a good fit at all. While you could request a different therapist, the process felt impersonal, and we didn’t have much confidence in finding someone suitable.
