I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tiona Praylow. It made me not go through with therapy with the organization. My appointment started late, with Tiona arriving about 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Throughout the session, I could hear her clicking and responding to emails, which was incredibly distracting and unprofessional. She even asked me to wait multiple times while she handled other matters. Additionally, months after the appointment, I received unexpected billing for my out-of-pocket costs, despite having confirmed payment details earlier. This lack of communication and follow-through made the entire process frustrating and unsatisfactory. I hope the group can improve their professionalism and communication in the future.

Alisha was super helpful in getting my intake forms ready and very positive all the while! Courtney was absolutely phenomenal from the first time I called in. She immediately made me feel welcome, was knowledgeable, and showed passion in her work. Since moving to the area I have struggled to find an office that didn’t just feel like I was a number. Having that positivity from my first call and having my needs heard and assisted accordingly in a judgement free environment is just what I needed. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
