I am so incredibly happy that I found True Potential. At the time my son had hit a wall and was not successful in school, True Potential was able to provide answers and the next steps to find ways for my son to become successful not only in school but life. The staff go out of their way to make you, and your student welcomed and heard. I do not live in IA and they had a staff member get a license in our state so that they could serve us. Amazing and above and beyond. Thank you!

Our experience with True Potential was amazing from the very beginning. After completing the first questionnaire about the issues we were experiencing with our child, we received a call back about our interest and details behind being evaluated within 24 hours! JulieAnn was VERY informative and patient with all the questions we had. After the conversation with her, she sent us a detailed email after our conversation which even helped us out in calling our insurance to understand coverage for the evaluation. The day of the evaluation ran smoothly and made us feel we were the only customers - I believed this helped tremendously with my child being comfortable and accurately evaluated. They also provided some little toys for kids to play with during breaks and rewarded the kids with little gadgets and stickers. The speech pathologists were very knowledgeable when it was time to receive the results of the evaluation and went through ALL findings in detail in a way that helped us non-experts understand what and how they were evaluating on our child. Overall: A great experience! I would recommend True Potential Education to any family that needs this service! They made us feel welcomed every step of the way.
