My experience at True Hope Counseling & Neurofeedback has been wonderful! Megan is kind, compassionate, and wants the best for her clients. I have been doing Neurofeedback sessions almost weekly since March and have seen a big difference in my Anxiety and mood. It has helped to decrease the severity of symptoms that I have dealt with for 10+ years. Neurofeedback is like a massage for my brain! If you're curious, you should definitely check it out! So thankful for this alternative therapy!
