I highly recommend working with Tricia Groff if you are running a business and need an executive coach to help develop the necessary skills and keep you in check emotionally. She is smart, attentive, and an all around great person.

I have worked with Tricia for 3.5 years and her advice and guidance has been invaluable to guide me through from my progression from a VP to the C-Suite. She is incredibly brilliant on understanding people, organizational dynamics, and how these connects to business. I honestly don't know how I would continue in my professional career without her continued advice and guidance.
