I have been with this practice for over 20 years and it has been consistently this way and the changes made in recent years have been very well done. The staff working there have been intentionally well chosen and they are absolutely terrific. I could not say more about the providers here.

I would give them 10 starts if I could. I have struggled with PTSD and anxiety for nearly my whole life. As well as chronic pain since I was a teenager. I have seen more providers than I can count. These doctors and all of their staff are absolutely amazing. They care so much and it shows in every interaction. They listen more than some therapists that I've had. From my first phone, through my intake and 1st treatment; they have intently listened and completely explained every part of the procedure. They were very proactive in making sure I received the best treatment for the least out of pocket cost. They got me involved in a medication discount program that dropped my prescription cost to $10. They have a such an inviting office and staff. The treatment room was comfortable and relaxing. The artwork was beautiful. I was in a electronic recliner with heat and massage. They had water and candy on the side table. The lighting was low and stylish. I could honestly write a short novel on just my 3 interactions with 5 different employees. When I was on the phone trying to schedule an intake with the secretary, one of the doctors who would be overseeing my treatments heard and asked if I had time to talk to him. He spent 38 minutes answering every question I had, listening to me go off on tangents and never once rushing me or seeming disinterested. They all are the kindest medical professionals that I have ever met. I highly recommend triangle mental health and all of their doctors and staff. I had been feeling hopeless for years. Between my EMDR therapy, who recommended working in conjunction with them, I have hope, a lot of hope, for the first time in years. I'm 46 years old and have been trying to find pain relief and mental health since I was about 21. I am looking forward to updating this once I complete my 4 week treatments of twice each week.
