I come from a family that has a lot of bad experiences with therapy, and so I was a bit apprehensive coming, but it ended up being life-changing! Not only did Aspen help me, but being able to share my experiences with my family has completely changed their ideas surrounding mental health and counseling. So thank you for the ways you have changed my life and my family! I cannot recommend Treat Counseling enough!!

Aspen is a wonderful therapist and is skilled at making her clients feel heard and supported. Her approach is kind and compassionate, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her as a therapist and Treat Counseling. It is amazing that Treat is able to offer specialized care for mental health for postpartum and pregnancy.
