I had a wonderful experience with Kristianne Goff. She helped me so much during a tough period in my life. She enabled me to recognize some thought patterns that were not serving me while providing me with the support and knowledge to help deal with these issues. She was able to accommodate my limited availability by allowing our sessions to be virtual. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing help with anxiety and depression.

Kristianne has been a godsend for me in my mental health journey. Together, we’ve dealt with so much trauma and anxiety. Teaching me how to set healthy boundaries has been huge for my overall mental health and well being, as well. I look forward to our sessions together and recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, nonjudgmental and trustworthy counselor.
