As a small business owner, I had become overwhelmed and paralyzed with business decisions during this COVID SEASON. Mr Nealy patiently walked me through options,, weighing the pros and cons of the decisions I had before me. But more than anything I truly appreciate him listening. Seemingly acting as a sounding board. And challenging me to see a different perspective. Literally Transforming my Steps, or shall I say my thought process within a few sessions. Initially I needed guidance with my professional career but in all my personal life has been influenced as well. The coaching calls with Michael have giving me clarity in my own self awareness. He's definitely changed my perception on the way I think and approach things.
