If I could give Rita 10 stars I would. I've had the opportunity to work with Rita on and off in my life and she has helped me with with my mental fitness and got me through some challenging times. I recommend her to anyone I know that needs a life coach. If your looking for support in your business and or personal life and need that sounding board, Rita is the one to call!

When it comes to Rita's position, she is incredibly talented, knowledgable, and encouraging. I wish I could carry her in my pocket all day long! When we worked with her to provide a program to adults with Spina Bifida, I was impressed how she was able to provide her virtual trainings and do so in an engaging way with a unique population. We had great attendance, moreso than most of our other programs. I highly recommend her services to anyone considering it!
