Bill helped me immensely during a very hard time in my life.. letting go of my mother after a major surgery. He gently asked questions repeatedly of the attending physician. She broke down crying that she wasn’t supposed to reveal that there wasn’t any hope. She stated that she would never let her loved one’s endure this treatment. We let her go.. Thank you Bill
