My therapist is fantastic! She is patient, attentive, thoughtful, challenging, supportive, smart, available, understanding, and all around a really good fit for me. I worked very hard at finding a therapist and it was not easy. But she was worth the time, effort, and wait. She's made a huge difference in a short period of time and I'm still looking forward to my continued growth and improvement.

I worked with Kelly to connect me with a couple of therapists (currently working with Dr. Freitas), and I have had an excellent experience so far. Kelly is very prompt in handling paperwork, and also in managing session benefits with Lyra. Dr. Freitas has been an excellent therapist to work with. She comes with a diverse background and is able to adapt quickly to different scenarios with ease. Her patience, interpersonal skills, and most importantly her ability to diagnose, identify patterns, and connect it to actionable exercises makes my sessions with her extremely effective. I highly recommend all three - Thriving Center, working with Kelly, and counseling with Dr. Jaleesa Freitas!
