I am rating the customer service agency that they outsource to 2 stars. It took over EIGHT MINUTES to confirm info on the phone. Why so long? Because they ask the same questions multiple times. All I wanted to do was ask if they billed insurance (which they did not even though it is set up online to bill insurance). The service associate said, "Thank you," and "please" a lot. But eight minutes to give birthdates, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc. is way too long! And when I asked why I had to wait on hold again, he just said, "Thank you!" Are they not allowed to go off script or does he not understand English well enough to discuss my concerns? Either way, not great service, even though he was pleasant sounding. My daughter loves her provider. This review is not indicative of her counseling methods.

Thalia Maya is an experienced and knowledgeable provider. Personally, I can attest to her EMDR skills and couldn’t recommend anyone better! Aside from her clinical skills, she is a kind, thoughtful, respectful, and altruistic person. She is always professional and brings out the best in you.
