I am extremely disappointed with Thriveworks and urge other parents to be cautious. We paid a $200 intake fee and scheduled a follow-up session for my child. Before the first session could even happen, the counselor quit the company. Instead of providing a solution, Thriveworks informed us they have no other counselors available for my child’s age group. Despite the fact that they cannot fulfill the service we paid for, they denied my request for a refund. This has resulted in a complete waste of our family’s time and financial resources during a period when my child’s mental health care is a priority. Furthermore, the administrative experience was poor: Outsourced Call Center: You are connected to an overseas call center, which created significant communication barriers. Lack of Transparency: The representative repeatedly put me on hold to consult with someone else but refused to let me speak to that supervisor, stating I would just get the "same answer." Thriveworks took our money and provided zero care in return. I am now forced to dispute the charges with my bank. Save yourself the stress and find a provider that actually prioritizes patients over profits.
