Thriveworks Counseling & Therapy Albuquerque

They are trying to charge me for services I never even had. I have a text message that shows that I canceled all my appointmens. Please stop harassing me.

Sends me a bill one year later after I discontinued this service telling me I need to pay this bill from last year. When I left Thriveworks last year I received one bill for 5 different appointments and when I called billing about this, I was told not to worry about it because they were billing insurance. Haven't heard a thing from them untill one year later. The bill they have sent me doesn't even add up to some of the dates of service and whats shown on the bill does not reflect balances shown on the website. To make everything even worse, when I first called Thriveworks I told the lady I need someone that was only Medicare approved with no copays because I had only SSI income and was on Medicare/Medicaid and I could not afford any payments, she said no problem I have someone for you. I started my appointments, there were no bills showing in the app, then all of a sudden I get a bill for 5 appointments. I was completely lied too. I would never recommend this service to anyone! I did like Cody alot, he was great but I had to stop seeing him once I got the surprise bill. I no longer trusted them and didn't know what was going on with billing. My situation has changed and I have great insurance now and would love to see Cody again but not with this billing department.
