We were seeking a virtual option for our kiddos. Met twice with a gentleman for our son and the first meeting was very promising, the second felt a bit disjointed but even amidst that I went forward with setting up an appointment for our daughter due to the convenience of the virtual option. However we fell ill and everyone around us was being diagnosed with the flu so I called to cancel. While trying to cancel that appointment, I spent 45 minutes trying to elaborate as to why we needed to cancel while they tried to get me to commit to other appointments and set up additional accounts although I was terribly sick then charged a hefty 135.00 fee. I have since spent days trying to get that fee reversed well again listening to these reps trying to sell more appointments and waste more of my time while not refunding the fee. Very poor customer service I would stay away from this organization.

Excellent mental health care provided by Nina who is very caring and engaging. Thank you for helping bring the light back into my life.
