Very easy to navigate the system and individual therapist is always prompt and provides great sound and unbiased support.

The therapist here may want to help you however Victoria Staten isn’t one of them. We had one intake session, the next session was then cancelled which she tried to charge a cancellation fee for because my son had pneumonia, the next session was missed due to her having a family emergency. The final session was cancelled because I was in the shower–CAMERA COMPLETELY OFF and she INSISTED I was trying to show her my body parts. I’ve tried to speak with management and my case has been “escalated” multiple times with no call back. I feel as if this is mental discrimination. I now have a balance of $190 that they would like me to pay because of the $145 last cancel fee applied to my account (again showing body parts, which is why I was charged the fee)
