Joe Mella (LCSW) in Jacksonville, gets my highest recommendation. He utilizes his over 25 years of experience incredibly well. Wether in the relationship space, raising children, teen issues, etc. Joe offers incredible support, and clear insight. He quickly ascertains where things stand and meets you where you are. You will know upon the first meeting that you are in the right place; leaving understood and with tools that will begin improving your life as soon as you begin to use them. I cannot imagine finding someone more skilled than Joe, Our lives have been transformed. I would recommend him to my friends and family happily.

Joe is absolutely incredible! He has such a natural way of holding space for both partners to share while offering thoughtful, valuable insight that truly moves the conversation forward. He struck the perfect balance between listening and guiding, and every session felt productive and safe. He was so effective that we actually wrapped up our session bundle earlier than expected — a true testament to how impactful his work is. Beyond being an excellent therapist, Joe is just a kind, empathetic human being to the core. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!
