Do not use this "company" it's just a call center in another country trying to get your money!! 3 times I've had "therapists" cancel or no show on me and son. The ONE appointment that was supposed to be with a PSYCHIATRIST, the lady showed up 15 minutes late and she wasn't even a doctor, even though on the email under her name is says PSYCHIATRIST. I'm pretty sure that's illegal to misrepresent. I told her I was supposed to be assessed for a diagnosis and she told me that she doesn't do that. I've never in my life delt with a situation like this. There's no supervisors and no one in this country that can help you. I'm going to turn them in.

Dr Jefferson is incredibly attentive, thorough, and genuinely cares that I have a deep understanding of the medication I am on. Her knowledge base is astounding! I have never been to a better psychiatrist.
