Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry Charleston

This company abandoned me as a patient. They refuse to give a legally mandated continuation of care. They have a call center in the Philippines that will cancel or dictate the standards of care for patients in America with no legal recourse or oversight. Not only that they will try to extort you into paying before they will even transfer you to a stateside supervisor to assist with a legally and ethically required continuation of care. I have been stonewalled by this Company. If you are at all a vulnerable patient which every psychiatric patient is I would stay far away. Extortion and abandonment of care are how Thriveworks operates.

I’m so thankful for the flexibility and care that Thriveworks provides. On my first call to set up an appt, the phone rep displayed an intentional level of care in wanting to make sure I was matched with someone that would be a good fit for my needs and he did a great job. I thoroughly enjoy my therapist, her knowledge and our sessions.
