I wanna start this by saying the therapist we deal with is amazing and we love her. We have no issues with her what so ever!! Theiveworks however seems to be a nightmare to deal with. I sent multiple emails with my new Insurnace one in November another in December and they still canceled all our appointments because they didn’t have the updated Insurnace and I had to respond to the canceling email and then send the insurance cards again. The billing people were entirely unhelpful only used one insurance and told me I owed $170. Mind you it’s 2/3 days in between email reply’s. We’ve missed 3 session trying to get this billing figured out when our Insurance is accepted and I’ve sent it in. Again our therapist is amazing we love her but thriveworks needs to work on something here.

I for real look forward to my visits. There’s no judgment from her, no dirty looks or whoa vibes. she’s calm, steady, and lets my words go off and wander in conversation. When she does speak, her words are minimal but powerful, and they really stay with me. I’m really thankful for her
