I just recently completed Colleen's "Restoring You" program, and to say it has been life changing would be an understatement. This is the first program I have been able to find that actually meets you where you are at and addresses the many complexities of being an adult female in today's world. I have never felt more aware, in control and most of all, appreciative of my body and it is all thanks to Colleen. This program is set up to educate, restore and create lasting SUSTAINABLE change that I am now passing along to my family and my daughter.
