Jessica is kind, caring and really good at what she does. She is not dogmatic and meets her clients where she is at. Couple that with her knowledge of health and you have a great coach to work with.

UPDATE! I have been working with Jessica for several months now. Her tagline of "I help women ditch the diets and find lasting food freedom, so they can spend time, money, and energy on things that truly matter. " is accurate! It all came down to mindset for me and all of the self sabotaging I was doing. It isn't about what goes in your mouth but what goes in your brain! She helped me get past the garbage and truly find peace with food. I recommend that you hire Jessica to help you with you food related situation! She is an excellent coach!!!! Jessica has been helping me reflect on my healthy living future. I was truly sick of my body and the gravity pull of aging, and Jesica helped me to see the Mind/ Body Connection to my eating experience. She takes HSA, which was life changing for me! I have been very frustrated with my insurance as it wouldn’t cover my weight loss path and having the option of using HSA with Jessica became very empowering! I don’t have to give up on a healthy life! I get to live my life without thinking food all the time.
