Do yourself a favor and make the call. Try something different. I recommend this clinic because the staff is incredible. Not only are they healers, they are great people, and they are good at what they do. I always feel welcome and respected. I was extremely impressed with their admin side of things. Health insurance is tricky and they moved quick to start helping me get well.

TLDR: 1)Ketamine works! 2) These people are way more than care providers, they really are healers and are awesome at what they do! The main story: Ketamine is an effective and powerful medicine for both chronic pain and treatment resistant depression. The dosage, method and supportive care you get while using ketamine is also important. I’m a 63 yo retired ER MD who has been fighting disabling pain and depression for over 15 years. Ketamine has been the most effective and easiest medication I have found to help with both conditions. The team at Therapeutic Infusions have been incredible. I have had a series of ketamine treatments years ago but new circumstances had me in a really dark place. I tried ketamine again as a last ditch effort. The difference this time was in the supportive and attentive care I received from everyone I interacted with here. They worked with patience and persistence to find the best route, dosage and healing space for me, as an individual, not just another chair to fill. They worked with my insurance (Medicaid) and all available plans to make sure I could get the care I needed, quickly and without an unworkable financial burden. They do understand what it is like to need care when you are less than capable and work with you to expedite treatment, and fine tune dosage and route. They respect you. These people are way more than care providers, they really are healers..I felt seen and heard and appreciated. I highly recommend this clinic. As a physician, I also feel great knowing that the Emergency care specialist is right here with you. Not even an ambulance call away!
