I have been meeting with Mallory and just wanted to express my gratitude. Theory & Method is an excellent place and Mallory is exceptional at her job. She knows a lot about DBT and researches topics for our discussions. It's a very safe space (and cutely decorated). I've made more progress here than I ever have elsewhere! Can't recommend Theory & Method enough. If you've been looking for someone who understands BD/BPD mindsets, please see Mallory. :)
