I love The Therapy Group. I started with a new therapist here over Covid shut down and I couldn’t be happier with them. I also take time off from therapy every so often and come back when I feel I need it and I never feel pressured or like I disappointed somebody. Can’t recommend them enough…. Or therapy in general. Get therapy… if you think you don’t need therapy…. other people are in therapy because you aren’t! Hope this helps. 🤸🏻

I’ve been to quite a few different therapists in the past several years, and working with my therapist at The Therapy Group as been by far the best experience I’ve had. I truly feel heard and I feel confident in the tools I’ve acquired since working with her. I highly recommend The Therapy Group.
