I didn’t really know what to expect when I started working with Irina Popa-Erwin. I just knew something had to change, career-wise, personally, all of it. I was doing okay on the outside, but I felt like I was in pain on the inside. What stood out right away was how direct and grounded Irina is. She doesn’t sugarcoat things, but she also doesn’t judge. Irina has this rare ability to see what you can’t or won’t see. She picked up on things I had buried under years of routine and success that didn’t really feel like success. More than once, she said something that felt like she was a few steps ahead of me, already seeing where things were headed before I got there. She challenged me in ways I wasn’t used to, and introduced these simple, but honestly genius mental exercises that completely shifted how I think, how I lead, how I take care of myself. This wasn’t some quick-fix kind of coaching. I had to show up, stay open, and put in the effort. And because I did, things started shifting. My work, my focus, even the way I carry myself, it's all aligned now in a way that feels solid. Working with Irina didn’t just help me improve my life and career. It helped me take ownership of it.
