The Nexus Group

Honestly feel like this practice does not care about you, The therapists must be over worked because they act like you are doing a disservice by showing up to an appointment. My therapist was so kind but I felt so victimized by the prices they would charge for a missed appointment. At the end of the day it was detrimental to my mental health.

I cannot say enough good things about The Nexus Group or, more specifically, Melanie Valenti. I sought psychiatry services at a time when I was feeling pretty low; I had been brushed off by many providers for my mental health hurdles and was at a point where I thought I would never find help because I wasn’t treatable and was too much of an enigma. Enter The Nexus Group and Melanie, and I am feeling better than I have in years. I am cared for by a team that genuinely listens to my concerns, validates me, and prioritizes my care as highly as all of their other clients. They have provided me with wonderful outside recommendations for various testing and services they don’t provide which have further helped me. Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to have found a provider that is so earnest, kind, and empathetic. I cannot recommend their services enough!
