Maria Apuzzo at The Moody Dandelion is truly amazing! She’s one of the most genuine, supportive, and down-to-earth therapists I’ve ever worked with. From the very first session, I felt comfortable opening up—she just has this calm, welcoming energy that puts you at ease. Maria really listens and offers thoughtful insights without ever being pushy or judgmental. You can tell she truly cares and wants to help you grow and feel better. I've made so much progress with her guidance, and I'm incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s kind, smart, and truly gets it, I can’t recommend Maria enough!

I worked with Maria after I moved countries. I came to her because I had started to recognize that I had some transitional problems that were giving me anxiety and holding me back, and I wanted to get help with them. She was culturally sensitivity and recognized and respected differences. She communicated an awareness of my culture and beliefs, while also being open to listening about my practises. Maria also helped me spot more subtle problems in my life that often arose from my tendency to not make my personal needs clear to others, but then often resent when they weren't met. I believe I am a far more successful individual because of it.
