I have been seeing Stephanie virtually for about 2-3 years now. She is absolutely amazing at her job. I have seen many therapists during my mental health journey. None of them ever gave me a plan or a guide on how to navigate my mental health struggles. Sephanie is the first one I've been completely honest about everything with because I feel comfortable with her. She's not judgemental about my struggles at all. She's gotten me on the right regime of medication and now I am thriving. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I would say that she is somewhat Christian based however as a member of the LGBTQI community she does not push a Christian agenda and I can speak freely and openly cuss words and all! This woman has seen me through my lowest points and is now watching me spread my wings and fly. 🦋 She does way more than just therapy. Life coaching, yoga, RISE women retreat, and more!

I have been working with Stephanie for over a year in therapy. She has helped me in thee most ways! I couldn’t have picked a better person to help me. I look forward to all of our sessions. She’s your friend in the most professional way possible making it easy to open up to her, trust her, and believe her! She challenges your thinking and truly opens your eyes to the truth and reality.. no matter what it may be! She’s thorough, kind, caring, everything you could ask for in a therapist. I could ramble on forever about how great she is ❤️
