From my experience, I do not believe this establishment operates with a sense of equality or fairness. The pricing feels significantly inflated, and the overall approach seems to favor privilege and wealth, leaving middle-class customers overlooked and lower-income customers at a disadvantage. Additionally, their hiring practices appear to follow a rigid, “cookie-cutter” standard, which does not reflect diversity or inclusivity. Overall, I felt the experience was unfair and not aligned with equitable service.

My brother and I go to The Enrichery and we love it. We learn so much and we’re really happy every time we go (I also love the snacks🍿). Bryan always helps us when we need to reschedule because of sports and my coach gives me so much guidance and help. Thank y’all so much 😁
