Many of the therapists are inexperienced. If you have a question or concern, good luck getting an answer. As a former therapist said to me who I admired “I want nothing to do with Brookline Center ever again.” Despicable place.

Update: After having a conversation with someone at the BC, I am still frustrated at the situation but also hopeful this wont happen again. They definitely messed up on scheduling and communication but they also acknowledged their mistake, provided context and apologized. The person I spoke with assured me that this issue wouldn’t be repeated. I intend to return and hopefully provide an update that earns BC 4 or 5 stars. Waited 6+ weeks to be matched with a therapist and get to the first appointment date. Therapist canceled the appointment without notice and apparently assigned me to a different provider. Did not provide a reason. No call, no email to notify me of this change. I only found out my appointment was cancelled 20 minutes before the start because I called to confirm.
