I started seeing Brittany the same week I lost my soul dog & I’m endlessly grateful a friend passed along her info. From the very beginning, she was so compassionate & held such a safe, understanding space for me during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Losing Bennie left me feeling like a shell of myself & having Brittany’s support made all the difference. She just understood in a way I really needed. Over time, our conversations naturally shifted from grief to other areas of my life. Working with Brittany has truly been life-changing. I love her inclusive, intuitive approach & how she brings in elements like Human Design, crystals, oracle cards & even her sweet pup Harley. The space she creates is calming, healing & so inviting which makes every session feel like a reset for my mind & soul. Brittany has held space for me during some of the toughest moments of my life & I can’t imagine having navigated them without her. As a Projector in Human Design, her perspective is so powerful. It always helps me see things I wouldn’t have been able to on my own. I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance, wisdom & heart.

I don’t think I can say enough good things about Brittany and Sunshine Healing & Empowerment. I’ve done therapy for years but have never connected so deeply in my sessions. My healing journey has been immense since working with Brittany. Her variety of techniques and abundance of knowledge have been life changing!
