I can’t believe I didn’t write this review sooner. I received TMS treatment at Sunrise Psychiatry, and it has had such a profound impact on my life. For anyone who may be scared or second-guessing TMS, I completely understand—it can feel drastic or intimidating at first. But as someone who has struggled with major depression, I cannot express how grateful I am that I went through with it. I truly feel changed afterward. Dr. Elliott and the entire staff were exceptional. The kindness, patience, and genuine care shown to me throughout my treatment made such a difference. Shout-out to Allison, who administered the majority of my treatments. Thank you as well to Joel, Natalie, and Julia (and I sincerely apologize if I’m blanking on any names). Every single person I interacted with in that office was wonderful. So many thanks to this practice—not only for their compassion, but for embracing modern science and innovation in a way that truly changes lives. I am deeply thankful and would recommend Sunrise Psychiatry without hesitation.

11/18/25 - Dr. Elliott and the TMS Coordinator, Julia, reached out to me personally and apologized for Catherine's poor service. Dr. Elliott extended an invitation to continue to seek TMS treatment from Sunrise Psychiatry, however, I ended up not being a good candidate. Julia was very informative on why or why not and thoroughly answered my questions about TMS. I also wanted to add the receptionist I spoke to yesterday before I was transferred, Noel, was amazing and incredibly kind when I was going through crisis. While I have did not end up receiving treatment here, I did raise my rating from one star to three due to the effort from the practice to apologize for Catherine's wrongdoing. 11/17/25 - The manager (Catherine) I was transferred to over the phone was arrogant, lacked empathy and compassion and had a major attitude for someone that is supposed to be in the mental health world. If you are seeking immediate or any help for that matter, this is not where you should go.
