They have great communication and work with you to help you keep making progress. The app is great and I enjoy using it to track workouts, food and weight. It’s been what I have been looking for to help lose the stubborn weight age brought on.

I had my concerns using GLP1 medication prior to starting with this company. All of my concerns and questions were addressed in a professional and caring way. I really appreciate the support I was given when I took my first shot my coach walked me through everything and we celebrated nd he was right it wasn’t so bad!! I have lost a total of 20 pounds so far and will continue. The micro dosage has helped alleviate those side effects I was so worried about.
