The mental health team here is exceptional! We take advantage of psychiatric and counseling services. Both are outstanding and the front desk staff make us feel like we are family.

Most unprofessional mental health facility I have ever witnessed. Whoever deals with scheduling should be fired. I left the practice after 4 years because of them tormenting me about co payments I absolutely did not owe. My insurance company said they had to figure out the billing on their end & that it wasn’t a UHC issue. I had met my out of pocket max and the lady texting me from this clinic was pretty much yelling at me telling me it’s my insurance fault and not there’s and they my out of pocket being met makes no difference toward my copayments because it’s “mental health.” Uhm no, mental health IS included in that. Absolutely could not believe how I was treated after four years. The previous bad reviews are 100% correct. All about the money, they don’t care about their patients.
