I love Dr. Rao! She offers telehealth which is so convenient. She takes a holistic approach to her care. She helps to ensure we are doing everything nonpharmacological we can to support our needs, to minimize the unnecessary overuse of meds. I don't feel dismissed or just pushed meds, but do feel heard when they aren't enough. I feel truly cared for. I have been going to her for many years.

I have been in Dr. Rao's care for over 5 years now, and her individualistic approach to each of her patients never fails to amaze me. She really takes her time to get to know you, and come up with a treatment plan that makes sense to you, your goals, and who you want to be in the long-term. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life (at the age of 18), and I have to say she did an amazing job making me feel seen and heard, and really helping me understand my executive dysfunction. I can promise you, you will be treated with care and respect at this practice from the amazing receptionist, to Dr. Rao herself. I can not recommend this practice enough, and hope you know if you decide to receive treatment here, you now have knowledge that you will be treated with respect and care here
