I called the Steinmann Institute after I was deferred from my AME for additional testing. Dr. Sugarman answered the phone and was extremely knowledgeable and candid about how the process works with the FAA. She has a vast amount of knowledge in this field and knows how to navigate the bureaucratic nuances of the FAA. 100% professional, and absolutely top of the line customer service!

After about a 4 year battle with the FAA regarding my medical certificate I was finally approved with the help of Dr Sugarman and her staff. Though the process was lengthy I was regularly provided updates. Dr Sugarman worked hard to move things along with the FAA and made sure my file was being reviewed. Great experience here and I am thankful for their help in my aviation career.
