Working with Lauren has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I truly thank God for her. The space she’s held and the tools she’s taught me will stay with me for life. She’s helped me reclaim my power from the inside out. Through our work, I’ve learned how to go deeper into meditation, sit with my inner child, and show up as the parent he always needed. I’ve become more grounded within myself, and I’ve learned to use even the most uncomfortable emotions as fuel to grow into the man I’m meant to be. We’ve worked together on and off since 2021, and in every season—whether I was navigating heartbreak, transition, or deep healing—she’s been there as a steady, spiritual guide. Her presence is always loving, honest, and grounded. What I value most is the authenticity of our relationship. She doesn’t just coach—she sees you. Working with Lauren has been life changing. With just a few sessions she helped me access, process, and heal deep parts of me. I have experienced a major shift and feel like my self again. I’m so happy and light. The situation I am dealing with in life is still hard but I am so much better and stronger and aligned. One thing I love is that she not only does the work but empowers you to learn her tools so that you can continue to work on yourself. She is truly amazing and I feel lucky to know her and work with her throughout life as needed. I highly recommend her- she is magical!
