Everyone here was so welcoming and nice! They did an amazing job of explaining each test to me afterwards so that I could fully understand how each exercise helped in identifying a diagnosis. Dr. Spinks was amazing! super friendly and efficient. I really felt like they took me seriously and listened to my concerns. I definitely recommend!

I know one of the lovely ladies that works here and she’s really my only contact with the counseling world. I’m a nurse and me and a lot of my friends are looking for counseling after the Covid pandemic and just for every day life. Every time I refer my friends to this business they get the help they need. Even if they can’t help them at Spectrum, they find somewhere that can help them. All my friends that I referred to them have been paired with counselors they absolutely love! They try to fit clients with one of their own counselors, but if they don’t have the service you need they give you the resources and contacts to find a different mental health center that is equally a good fit! Amazing customer service by the women that work here!
