I formed a trusting relationship with my therapist and was making good headway. Recent issues had arose and I had to cancel appointments. I cancelled one because my car broke down and is at the shop, and recently my grandpa is passing away. I called and let them know as soon as these things happened. Well my therapist dropped me. In my worst of times he decided that was the best course of action. They claim a letter was sent out for attendance issues but I never got one. They still charged for the visits I didn’t show up for and then got rid of me. Very saddening. That helps the abandonment issues with men…

I just got off the phone with the receptionist who was rude as well as the tone of her voice was very snotty & like she had an attitude. ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you can't be nice over the phone you have no business on it at all!
