Canceled an appointment because of covid-like symptoms and was given a 1K bill and told to go somewhere else for a visit. This was after it took a month just to get an appointment after the back and forth that had to happen to even get it. Nobody could clarify if I even had an appointment/my paperwork was completed and then I got a call out of the blue telling me to come in on MLK day at the last minute the very next monday. I tried my best but it was a really short notice and I happened to come down with covid-like symptoms that weekend. They don't appear to have enough staff for the prices they charge. I really expected much better business acumen on the part of the providers during a pandemic if you want people to physically come into your office and sit in front of your staff and risk themselves and others in the process. I would really take your money somewhere that isn't so all about the money in this field. They seem like they are just in it to make a buck and don't care about much else.
